If you follow me on Instagram, then you saw that we were in San Luis Obispo a little over a week ago. We headed down Friday morning, and made our first stop Krava Bowl in Avila Beach. We sat and ate it on the pier, and then took Sawyer on a long walk on our favorite Bob Jones Trail. If you haven't walked this trail before, I highly suggest it. It's so pretty, an easy stroll, and the weather is usually really nice. Most of the time we start our walk at the beginning of the Bob Jones Trail and we end on it in Avila, then eat Krava Bowl.

I'll never forget the time that I was wearing a sequined shirt (probably with jeans or something) on a Tuesday, and we went for coffee in downtown San Luis Obispo. The girl looked at me and said something similar to, "sequins on a Tuesday, you're so fancy."

One of the main reasons I love thrifted clothes is because it makes your style more unique. Take this outfit for example, I'm wearing Forever 21 boots and a Forever 21 sweater, and if this dress was from there too, my whole outfit would be from one store which wouldn't be very interesting. Instead, I mixed this bright thrifted dress from Closet Creep with my "new" Forever 21 items to make my outfit more unique and more me.

Most of you know that I'm a wedding photographer (on top of running this blog), so obviously photos are super important to me! It also means that sometimes I get to teach my friends photography stuff, like shooting film, and they just so happen to need a subject to shoot ;) I think a lot of photographers don't like being on the other side of the camera, but I actually do. It sounds vein, I know haha, but it's actually great practice for putting yourself in your clients shoes, and I've always been a fan of documenting my own life.
