We've been working hard on our large side yard renovation, so we decided to take a break to wine taste at Retzlaff Winery in Livermore with our friends Alana and Andy. We live really close to the Arroyo Trail, which takes you right out to the wineries. Retzlaff has become our favorite winery because of its laid back atmosphere, delicious (and on the cheaper end) wine, and the ability to bring Sawyer there with us if we want to. I'd be dying to do this bike ride again ever since we went last summer. But first things first, I had to get a bike. I found so many cute green bikes on Pinterest, and decided that was the color I HAD to have. I also didn't want a beach cruiser, been there, done that, and instead, I wanted hand brakes and an easier to steer bike. After some searching, Adam ordered me this one from Public Bikes, and we went to pick it up in SF yesterday, just in time for wine tasting!
This weekend felt like summer, and even if it was just a tease, I'm totally ok with it. Getting a break from the rain and cold weather meant busting out cute summer clothes, like my new bull print romper from Phoenix & Kate. I also snagged these platform sandals from DSW last week during a sale they are (still) having ($10 off $49, $20 off $99). I don't know about you, but every year when summer weather arrives, I just wish it could stay forever! I think that outfits are much cuter when less fabric is involved haha.
