Being self employed means getting to make your own schedule and be your own boss, which I love!! Which then means random weekday lunches and shopping trips from time to time, because why the heck not! Yesterday my mom and I went to Santana Row in San Jose to have lunch with our good family friend Mary. When my mom had suggested lunch here, it was perfect timing because I needed to return makeup to 100% Pure as well as purchase new glasses from Warby Parker. Let me start by saying I was only returning the makeup because I had bought the wrong shade (it was too light), and now I have my correct shade. If you're following me on Instagram then you know that I'm starting to transition products in my daily life to being non-toxic and green. I previously used Makeup Forever which I LOVED, so finding a new foundation was rough. But I'm happy to say I am loving 100% Pure. On another happy note, I ordered new Warby Parker glasses (only $95!) which should be arriving in about a week or so. This is my 4th pair I've owned (I have their sunglasses too), and I keep going back to them when it's time for new ones. They have a wide range of styles and their prices are super reasonable. I usually do an at home try on, but with their new store being only 40 minutes from me, I figured I'd just make my way there. I'll do a post when I get my new glasses :)
