No joke, probably half of my shoes have fringe of them. I just think fringe belongs on everything, including these teal Sbicca booties! (they have them in multiple colors)
I've had my eye on cut out booties for a while, and finally grabbed myself a pair from Sbicca. They are perfect with jeans, dresses, shorts, pretty much any outfit you can dream up!
