I like wearing boots even when it's warmer out. Pairing the right boot with shorts can be so cute, and is a good break from sandals during the warm months. A dress and leggings are a go to outfit for me. I get tired of wearing pants and shirts, so mixing it up can keep you feeling cute. This @ellajboutique dress is fun to layer, like I did with my black slip dress underneath, or even wear it as a bathing suit cover up to turn it into a summer item. I love mixing textures, so I'm wearing my BP @nordstrom ribbed leggings with it. And of course my favorite @forever21 booties and @saugdesign bracelet were my final touches! I've got a recent obsession for velvet and black! This @brandymelvilleusa dress (thrifted from Platos Closet) is my go to dress when I want something easy, cute and comfy. To mix it up from my norm, I wore it with velvet leggings from @forever21, a thrifted black jacket from Savers, and my sparkly healed tan boots from a store in downtown San Luis Obispo.
